Greg Maddox is the founder & CEO of The Family Capital Connection™ and owner of The Maddox Group, an intellectual capital company, located in Evanston, Illinois, that specializes in working with families nationally who want to align their vision with systems, tools and a dynamic community so they can predictably achieve what matters most in their lives.
Greg is a founding faculty member of the National Institute of Financial Education, a Quadrant Living Architect, a Certified Liability Advisor, and a national speaker/trainer on True Wealth Optimization™.
Greg began The Family Capital Connection™ to teach individuals, families, and other advisors how to leverage their True Wealth and optimize ALL of their assets into a cohesive strategy that creates Meaningful Momentum™ in their lives.

Loren Maddox |
Loren Maddox is the co-founder and a principal of The Maddox Group. He began his business career in 1968. During his corporate tenure, he specialized in structuring and negotiating complex financial transactions, developing long term relationships and protecting the confidence and interests of the client's he served.
Loren Maddox is the founder of College Funding Solutions at The Maddox Group. He is a member of the College Planning Network team of advisors.
Loren, along with his college funding advisory team, has helped hundreds of families throughout the country with their college planning needs. He co-authors informative monthly college funding newsletters, and co-published two student success handbooks titled "The College Admission Application Boot Camp Handbook" and "The No Nonsense Insiders Guide To A Successful Freshman Year And Thereafter."

Mr. Gimpel is a well-known financial educator in Illinois with professional experience in venture capital, insurance, and asset management. Prior to establishing Rational Capital Management, he worked with a nationally-recognized team that managed over $1 billion for wealthy families across the country. Mr. Gimpel handles all the investment advisory needs of our clients.

Bryan McDonald |
Bryan McDonald, a Senior Associate at The Maddox Group, began his career in financial services in 2003.
Bryan received a B.S. in Management and Marketing from Penn State University in 2001. Prior to joining The Maddox Group, Bryan worked in the Home Mortgage industry where he specialized in Real Estate investment loans. During this time, Bryan also taught investor workshops to educate families on the Real Estate investment process. As a Senior Associate with The Maddox Group, Bryan helps clients implement the strategies of The Family Capital Connector™ to develop financial freedom and build lasting legacies.
Bryan is an active member of the Naperville Jaycees, Global Impact Fund's Charity "Soles for the World" and is a team leader for the Christian Life Center of Berwyn food pantry. Bryan resides in Naperville, IL with his fiancé Beth. The couple plan a 2009 wedding.

Gary Booker |
Gary is a Senior Associate at The Maddox Group. He began his career in financial services 2003 with H.R Block, as a tax associate. From there he went on to found a Tax Firm. Many years of experience has confirmed his belief that most Americans do not understand the tax implications of their decisions when it comes to retirement planning. As a Senior Associate with The Maddox Group, Gary helps clients implement the strategies of The Family Capital Connector to gain financial strength, clarity of purpose and family legacy cultivation.
In addition, Gary is actively structuring a Financial Services Ministry designed exclusively to address the needs and challenges of church Pastors.
Gary lives in northern Lake County with his wife of 23 years and their three children, his oldest being a student at St. John's University.

Dariusz Godlewski |
Dariusz Godlewski joined The Maddox Group as one of the top producers in the country and specializes in debt management and debt elimination for his clients.
Dariusz has a weekly radio show that educates the Polish community in the Chicago area on financial matters. "I think there is a huge need for financial education, especially in these tough times where people are confused and not at all sure about their financial future," said Dariusz. He helps his clients implement the strategies of The Family Capital Connection™ in order to achieve financial freedom.
Dariusz is an active member of Harvest Bible Chapel and resides in Chicago, Ill. with his wife Elizabeth and son Jeremy.

Leita Rubin |
Leita Rubin began her career in 1977 where she partnered with business and technical areas to analyze and specify business applications. She created a corporate university that provided technical training and defined expectations which set the standards for success. Leita played a major role in helping business associates understand and follow a methodology.
She applies her organizational, detail and people-oriented skills in her position as Client Concierge with The Maddox Group. Leita resides in Crest Hill, IL.
